Unico Interactive Limited, a Chinese mobile game developer, just rip-off Hearth stone from Blizzard, this is their "official" promo video, originally uploaded at Youku.com. You are not listening it wrong, they just copy the background music from World of Warcraft directly.
The game is called 卧龙传说 (Sleeping Dragon: Heroes of Three Kingdoms), rip-off almost everything from Hearthstone, just re-skin them with Three Kingdoms related things.

Considering Blizzard China simply don't care about infringement of copyright for years, and they just indulged World of Warcraft copyright infringement games like MT: Wrath Of Ator (我叫MT in Chinese) grow into monsters. I don't think they will sue this company for doing this.
[update] As I said before, both developer Blizzard and local publisher NetEase didn't give a **** about this, no lawsuit, no announcement, just let it be. Dong Zhang(张栋), the marketing director of NetEase and Blizzard cooperation division, even said this in his weibo(consider it as Twitter in China):
"Damn, next time we should suggest Blizzard making some games that Chinese can't rip-off so easily."
