The cymbal build up is not exactly the same as the in game sound, but it still sounds pretty good, IMO. Here it is for you guys! The zip contains an MP3 and an iPhone-worthy M4R file.

Some are pieced together (like the Defias Ringleader/Bandit) and others are just the raw audio in MP3 and M4A. The Sylvanas is a bit different than the game. I took the Undercity song and adjusted the volume to make it sound similar, but it became clear that they separated the tracks when they made her card's sound effects. The result was not very great, so I stretched it out and used more of the song.
